Objectives (by Responsibility)
Denial Resolution
1. Ensure that all denial categories are reviewed on a weekly basis and timely manner
• Creating and updating denial management workflows as needed
• Weekly analysis of denials to identify trends to present to client
• Identify trends
Appeals
1. Review appeals bucket on weekly basis
• Creating and updating appeals workflows as needed
• Creating appeals templates
• Train staff according
Administration
1. Attend and participate in all relevant team meetings as requested.
2. Ensure that effective interdepartmental communication is adhered to at all times.
3. Adhere to all relevant departmental, company, and compliance policies and procedures at all times.
Professional Development
1. To attend all relevant skill building workshops as requested.
2. To stay current with all relevant skills, subjects and materials as it applies to the overall function.
3. To ensure that appropriate Self-Management is exercised at all times as it applies to the overall function as specified in employee handbook
